Hot game

Too Hot to Handle is a game from Netflix that launched December 1st and is already the 9th most downloaded game out of Netflix's 48 mobile games. It has 1.5 million lifetime installs and is currently averaging more daily downloads than any other Netflix mobile game has at any point in time. The game is based on Netflix's own reality show by the same name. It's an interactive story game, very similar to Episode where you are a character in the story, making choices that drive a narrative.

Quest for growth
Christmas downloads of Meta's Oculus/Quest companion mobile app had grown more than 150% each of the past two years, with this year being the first time downloads growth had fallen. Even though holiday installs were down, full year (through the 12/28) numbers were 35.4% higher in 2022 than they were in 2021. Looking at 10 additional apps related to holiday gifts, only Amazon Alexa had more Christmas time installs than Meta Quest did in the United States. Globally, both Amazon Alexa and Google Home beat it out.
