Peacock became compatible with Apple CarPlay just in time for self driving cars. Now you can watch Brooklyn Nine-Nine while you're on the I9. But seriously, it's just for when you're early to picking your kid up from soccer practice and you don't want to hear about how well your neighbor's kid is doing in her honors classes. The savings & rewards apps surging the most in the face of inflation are Upside and Fetch. We've talked about both semi-recently in this newsletter, and have beentrackingchangingconsumertrends on the blog. These apps enable savings by acquiring consumer spending habit data, so really they are paying you for your data... which is nice in a way. They have also built somewhat of a savings social network where you can friend request other savings shoppers. This has enabled the app to hit an all-time high for both downloads and active users earlier this month.
