Combined DAU of the top 4 apartment rental search apps [Apartments.com Renal Finder, Zillow Rentals, Rent.com Apartments and Homes, Realtor.com Rentals] has hit an all-time high in the U.S., accelerating throughout the 2022 calendar year. Food delivery company Wonder Group recently raised $350 million at a $3.5 billion valuation. CEO Marc Lore has run several successful startups in the past and it appears investors are betting more on him than his company's performance. While only a quarter of its revenue stems from its delivery app, those numbers are low, with only 80k downloads since launch in September 2020. Installs have started to pick up this calendar year, but still remain low when compared with other food delivery apps. The app is only available in select New York and New Jersey locations and has about 1% of the daily active users that Uber Eats does in the United States. However, Mr. Lore's goal is for the app to be a "super app" and thinks it will take until 2035 to have a national footprint.
