Strength in numbers

In early April, Peloton released its first strength training device. The device is a TV set-top-box with a camera, used to guide users through exercises. Originally slated to debut at $495, it's MSRP moved down significantly to $295. The subscription required to access its content catalog also got a haircut, moving from $39 to $24 (for now). Daily in-app purchase revenue for the Peloton app has increased 63.7% since launch.

Upside sees itself in itself

As a grouping, the top 8 gas apps in the U.S.  have hit an all-time high for daily active users. The gas apps we are looking at include gas station rewards apps, discount at the pump apps, and gas finder apps. June is not even halfway through and its number are already above last month's. While GasBuddy used to be the #1 gas related app, that title now goes to Upside, which is hitting new highs every day. In fairness, Upside has recently started providing cash back for restaurant and grocery store purchases as well, making it more competitive with Fetch. As far as gas goes, it enables consumers to save up to 25¢/gal (via cash back) on gas at 25k+ gas stations across the United States.
