FTX will be acquiring Voyager's assets for $1.4 billion. Voyager is crypto trading platform as well as a digital wallet. The app was installed more than 7 million times since launch in February 2019.

Coinsquare has acquired CoinSmart, a crypto trading platform. The app has been installed 83k times since launch in October 2018.
The National Football League launched a streaming subscription service called NFL+ earlier this year. At this point I have to assume the naming is done like this because consumers understand what "plus" means these days. Still, originality was cool when it existed. For either $5/month or $40/year, users can watch all NFL games live on their phone. So far, it has generated 300% more IAP revenue in the two months since launch than ESPN+ did in its first two months.
VPN apps are on a tear in the United States. The top 50 VPN apps have hit all-time highs for downloads and daily active users as of late. Earlier this month, this newsletter reported students downloading VPN apps as school started. The trend of VPN usage has continued and grown stronger. While I don't know for certain why this is happening, I am starting to think people are trying to get around blackouts for NFL and MLB games. If you have any ideas, let me know!
